What /Who is NOSH?

Nosh- is a Lafayette-based curated catering/events provider. We offer boxes, platters, boards, and beautifully styled grazing tables. We source locally and globally. All items are made to order, using only the freshest, premium produce and delicacies. Pick up a box or platter to share, or enjoy at home. Grazing is the hottest new experience in the US!

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT 24 HOURS NOTICE?

Depending upon availability and circumstances- this may be a possibility. Please contact us directly and we will see what we can accommodate. Normal orders are required to be placed by 3 pm the day before. Friday orders are to be placed by 5 pm on Thursday. 

IS YOUR FOOD LOCALLY SOURCED?

We do our absolute best to source our food locally. In order to provide the highest quality ingredients for our clients, not all our products are locally sourced at all times. We are always looking for local vendors so please send us an email.

 

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BOX OR PLATTER?

For dietary restrictions, please contact us. 

 

IS FOOD PREPARED IN A LICENSED, COMMERCIAL KITCHEN?

Yes, all of our boxes, platters, boards, and tables are prepped and managed in Lafayette, Louisiana, where we operate from a licensed, commercial kitchen. This guarantees the hygiene and appropriate storage and handling of the foods we include in our products and contributes to the freshness guarantee we promise our customers. We are certified in food safety management as well. 

 

DELIVERY/ PICKUP OPTION FOR MY ORDER? 

You may schedule pick-up or delivery at the time of order or contact us to arrange.

MAY I INCLUDE A PERSONAL NOTE WITH MY ORDER? 

Yes, we offer personalized notes with gifted orders. Please indicate your message in the notes section on our online ordering form. Corporate notes, business cards, etc. may be added as well. 

Events/Grazing Table Questions

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SETUP?

Set up time will vary depending on your venue/ Graze location. Please allow a minimum of 1.5 hours for set up. This detail can be further addressed in our consultation, prior to your event. 

 

CAN THE TABLE BE SETUP OUTSIDE?

Our recommendation for freshness and to maintain the quality of the items is that an air-conditioned environment is best. This can also be discussed in-depth in a consultation. 

 

 

HOW LONG CAN THE GRAZE BE ENJOYED FOR?

Due to the potential food safety risks involved, it is not recommended that the graze be left out for longer than 4 hours from setup time. 

 

While our portion sizes are generous, they are intended to complement a light meal. Please contact us if you need additional assistance

All items are sourced the day of or the day prior to your event in order to guarantee the standard we so proudly represent. All meats, cheeses, fruits, and grazing accompaniments are of the highest quality and sourced from reputable suppliers. We will always work hard to create an amazing experience.
